The weather is warming up – time to hit up a patio and enjoy a meal and brew! There are so many beer breweries in Bozeman to choose from. Here’s our guide to Bozeman’s breweries

BOZEMAN BREWING COMPANY

The Bozeman Brewing Company is known around town as The Bozone and is the oldest operating craft beer establishment in the Valley. The taproom serves a robust list of seasonal ales, lagers and sour suds.  The tasting room is located on Bozeman’s north side (look for the Bozone sign) at 504 N Broadway on the edge of the historic brewery district. The whole family is welcome in the tasting room – there are nonalcoholic drinks and games for the kids and if you’re hungry, Follow Yer’ Nose BBQ is serving up the best BBQ in Montana (as dubbed by Time and Yelp) just next door. Grab a pint at the tasting room or look for the award-winning mainstay brews like the Bozone Select Amber Ale, Hopzone, IPA, Plum Street Porter, and Gallatin Pale Ale (as well as a variety of seasonal beers) on tap and in cans across Southwest Montana.

BRIDGER BREWING COMPANY

Bridger Brewing was voted Bozeman Best Taproom in 2014 and takes pride in making the highest quality beer and pizza using local ingredients whenever possible. Enjoy one of the best pizzas in town on the second floor patio. There are 2 locations: Bozeman and Three Forks.

MAP BREWING COMPANY

MAP Brewing Company opened it’s doors in 2015 at the foothills of the Bridger Mountains next to the Bozeman Pond. Enjoy the amazing Bridger views while having a beer and food out on the patio in the summer!

MOUNTAINS WALKING BREWERY & PUB

Just about a mile from Bozeman’s historic Main Street in the Bozeman Brewery Historic District is Mountains Walking Brewery. Open daily from 11:30am-8pm, you can find a full made-from-scratch food menu that often features locally grown ingredients to accompany Bozeman’s largest craft brewery tap list.

OUTLAW BREWING

Outlaw Brewing is located behind Target and Bob Ward’s on N 27th St. It’s one of the best north west neighborhood breweries with a great family friendly vibe. Outlaw doesn’t serve food but you’ll usually find a food truck outside and a popcorn machine along with space and games for kids (and adults!) to play. There are typically 11 beers on tap in the tasting room at all times.

BUNKHOUSE BREWERY

Bunkhouse is located near the MSU campus and around the corner from Bridger Brewing. They produce popular beers while also focusing on bringing back an older style of German Brewing.

LOCKHORN CIDER HOUSE

“Lockhorn is a small, family-owned cidery. We specialize in crafting all natural hard ciders of the highest quality. Our “Bone Dry” ciders are made especially for those who crave a seriously dry, crisp and refreshing adult beverage free of added sweetness and chemical stabilizers.” Hang out in their downtown tasting room which is a remodel of a historic farm house garage with a cozy outdoor patio and fireplace.

NORDIC BREW WORKS

Inside the Market at Ferguson Farms is Nordic Brew Works. It’s more of a restaurant than a brewery but with great beer and great food, it’s a must visit! They offer a range of cocktails, burgers, pizza and more. If you’re on the west side of town and are hungry, stop here.

What our clients are saying:

Jody is amazing. She knows the market and was able to advise us on all our many concerns. We so appreciated how responsive she was; within minutes of submitting an online request for realtor contact on a house, she had called us. All our communications with her were like that; we never had to wait long to hear back from her. She was patient and always willing to sit down and meet with us. When we found the house we wanted, she worked tirelessly to secure it for us, and she was extremely patient with us. She was easy to communicate with, understand, and a pleasure to work with – I highly recommend Jody!

My wife and I used Jody Savage for the sale of our home in Gallatin Gateway, MT. Jody was exceptional in all phases of our sale. We had multiple offers over asking price and sold our home in two days! Jody uses up to date modern marketing, was extremely professional and knowledgeable regarding our market and addressing our needs. She was great to work with and very responsive to any questions we had. Jody is the best in the business and we highly recommend her services!

Jody is FANTASTIC!! We were first time home buyers and she was with us ever step of the way! She never made us feel silly for being new to the process. She definitely knows the area, always kept us up to date on new listings and was just a delight to work with. I would have absolutely zero hesitation recommending her to anyone. Thanks for all the hard-work Jody! We love our house!

Jody Savage is knowledgeable, trustworthy and tireless. I purchased a property this spring (2017) near Bozeman; Jody represented me as well as the seller in the transaction. Jody led me through the entire process because this was the first property I had ever purchased. HOA complications and other details made the purchase more difficult. Jody undertook a boat-load of legwork to make the transaction go smoothly. I hope to work with Jody again.

Jody was awesome to work with. We were new to the area and she was helpful and knowledgeable about not only the housing market, but schools, and lenders. She worked with my work schedule for showings. Jody also stayed late to write an offer to meet our schedule. I would recommend Jody to anyone needing a realtor.
