Expansion of the Norton Ranch Subdivision in Bozeman

Norton Ranch is nestled in the heart of west Bozeman. It’s surrounded by amazing mountain views and located just minutes away from schools, MSU and many recreational activities like fishing, skiing and golf.  Inside the community you’ll find a walking trail system and other recreational spaces and parks. Along with community spaces are to play in is a community garden.

Developers are planning to start the Norton Ranch expansion this spring. Nearly 80 acres will be developed and will include 124 residential single-family homes and 14 affordable single-family homes. There is a plan for designated park and open spaces.
