Six Range condominiums is a proposed project on 8.6 acres in west Bozeman. Eight buildings, including some commercial space and 183 total condo units would be at the corner of Ferguson ave and W Babcock.

This condo project was created and developed by Paine Group. These condos offer thoughtful Scandinavian design and architecture with modern living. There are multiple floorpans to choose from with 1, 2 and 3 bedroom options plus townhomes. The units were designed with comfort, car share spaces, a bike and ski tuning room plus other amenities.

Six Range is located on the west side of Bozeman near The Market at Ferguson Farm which offers a range of eateries and boutiques. There are many trails located nearby for walking or bike riding. Enjoy easy access to grocery stores, shopping, gyms, banks and more on Bozeman’s West Side.

The Six Range community will have lots of amenities. Outside you’ll find playgrounds, access to trails and parks. Along with these amenities are three roof decks and fire pits; both for all residents to use. The rooftop decks have gas fire pits, WIFI, chaise lounges and restrooms – not to mention the views!
