The Cannery District is adding a 4 story apartment building – The Cannery Flats.  Set to be finished in the fall of 2020, this 52-unit building will include some retail and office space on the ground floor.  Some amenities that will be included are a dog spa, community room, bike repair, rooftop deck, fire pit and storage for skis, snowboard and bikes.  There will be a mix of one and two bedroom units as well as a “penthouse” two bedroom that is larger than the rest.  Rent will begin at $1,100/month for studio apartments.
