The housing market in Bozeman and surrounding areas has gotten difficult the past few years. Affordability and availability has made the rental and real estate market tough for a lot of folks. A housing coalition has been formed to address these housing issues in Gallatin County. The One Valley Community Foundation convened its first meeting in January and plans to meet quarterly for the next three years. The goal of the coalition will be set at future meetings but One Valley Community Foundation will work to support the coalition in whatever projects or policy work they decide to go after.
