Jody was wonderful! Just a little background, We have worked with 9 realtors over the last 8 years and fired 5 of them. If you can’t do your job well, we are just not in the mood to mess around. It is difficult to find a great realtor and Jody is one of those. Her response time is quick and she is very honest, so there is no wasting time. She went over everything with us so we understood the contract. She was on top of all the important dates and inspectors (that helped a lot as we were moving to a place we had never been before). We didn’t just feel like she was on our side, we knew it. There were a few issues right before closing and she pushed the other agent to fix them to get the sale closed. We closed on time and I really can’t wait to have her over to see what we have done with the inside.
