Jody made the process not only easy, but fun. I felt like she became my partner in house-sleuthing, and she was never afraid to answer what I felt like were dumb questions on my part. She always got back to me almost immediately, and walked me through anything I didn’t understand step by step. Though I’m meticulous about details for such a big decision, I was relieved I always had her expertise right alongside me to catch anything I missed or to make suggestions. I was overseas throughout the entire process, and she facilitated many things for me, taking meetings or delivering items– she truly went above and beyond!
