Working with Jody was a breeze! We were buying our first home and had no idea where to start, we clicked on the link to get more information on the home and to schedule a viewing and she was the one that responded. She was willing to meet us after work and on the weekend as both my husband and I work days. She answered all of our questions completely and if she didn’t know the answer she was willing to look it up and get back to us. She was willing to show us as many homes as we wanted to look at and even found some that were similar to what we were looking at to show us as well. With that, she was willing to show us the same house over and over until we made a decision. She was always right on top of it and kept all parties on track. After we found the perfect home, she offered a lot of help from contractors that she had worked with previously, to home inspectors, and lenders. Don’t let that intimidate you through because it was never a problem if we wanted to look for our own. We were even more impressed as she continues to follow up now that we have closed to make sure that we are happy, to see if we have any new questions or concerns, and to make sure that our contractors are getting the work done that they need to be.
