Jody Savage is an amazing realtor! Kristi and I were looking to sell our 3rd home in Belgrade. Selling two homes previously, we thought we knew the ropes, but were quite surprised at how challenging our 3rd home would be to sell. We couldn’t have done it without Jody. She helped us to make sure it was staged appropriately even loaning us a couch. She has an eye for what attracts buyers. Her invaluable advice, expertise, communication, and connections really streamlined the process. The 3D walkthroughs, diligent advertising as well as her amazing eye for what to show and how to show it, brought a lot of interest for a very unique home. She handled contingent offers and gave great advice and experience on many occasions. We never felt like we had trouble reaching her or getting a call back when we had questions or just to check in. She contacted us together, never leaving either one of us out of the process. In the first season of listing, Jody brought us a good offer and we accepted. We had a tough buyer’s inspection that came up with items that we did not expect and that our home inspector had missed (Big items like needing a new septic system). The buyer backed out and we worked diligently through the winter to get all repairs done for relisting in the spring. Jody never lost faith in us, even though all her hard work all year had gone down the drain. With a newly remodeled living room and all repairs complete, she relisted the home with full disclosure and receipts available to buyers. Jody got very aggressive about marketing again and brought several offers. When we accepted an offer in June, she represented the buyers and us and did a phenomenal job playing this challenging role. She made everyone involved feel that their needs were met to the best of her ability. She is amazingly professional and well educated in real estate. We’ve worked with several realtors in Utah and Montana and she’s by far the best agent we’ve ever worked with. We would seek her out again for future real estate needs. We couldn’t have been happier with her.
