Like so many during COVID, we began looking for anyplace that wasn’t “here.” Our search for “somewhere else” began on Zillow and we had a few questions about a property that we liked so we clicked on Jody’s picture to ask away. Within a few hours, we received an email and quickly had a phone conversation. As an out of town buyer, we knew we needed quality advice. Jody was honest about the explosive Bozeman housing market and helped us define our expectations, budget and needs. After still more calls about properties, we made an offer which was turned down. During the process, Jody went to several open houses, took video, and called with her opinion, sometimes pointing out what she noted were odd floor plans, or points to consider. Our search became serious and we opted to visit. We were impressed that Jody had scheduled viewings for two solid days. We ended up making an offer on a condo which was still under construction, and with Jody’s help, we were able to finalize a purchase agreement. It was slow, delayed by COVID and weather, lasting almost 8 months. Throughout the process, Jody kept us updated, represented us aggressively and helped us along the way. Jody’s honest advice, suggestions and helpful advocacy were indispensable. New buyers, and of course sellers, would be lucky to have Jody represent them.
